For hygiene and safety reasons, used vaping products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Used vape devices, coils, pods, or mouthpieces

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess the claim quickly.
